  2. Stretch the material to create a smooth front and ensure the fabric covers the breasts.
  3. Join the panels and tie a knot at the back of the neck.
  4. Stretch the fabric down towards the waist, then towards the front of the waist.
  5. Cross the panels at the front, taking care to flatten the panels to avoid bulk.
  6. Tie the panels at the back of the waist.

  1. Stretch and hold the 2 fabric panels in the center of the chest, a little below the collar bone.
  2. Tie a knot.
  3. Loop the panel to form another knot, creating a twist like double knot at the front.
  4. Place each panel on one shoulder.
  5. Join the panels and tie a knot at the back of the neck.
  6. Stretch the fabric down towards the waist, then towards the front of the waist.
  7. Cross the panels at the front, taking care to flatten the panels to avoid bulk.
  8. Tie the panels at the back of the waist.

  3. Place the bottom panel on one shoulder and the top panel on the other shoulder.

  7. Tie the panels at the back of the waist.

  1. Place each panel on the shoulders.
  2. Roll the outer edge inward, to create a twist.
  3. Join the panels at the back of the neck.
  4. Tie a knot at the back of the neck.
  5. Stretch the fabric down towards the waist
  6. Then towards the front of the waist. Cross over the panels.
  7. Bring the panels to the back and tie a knot to secure.
